My Life at P.E.S

This year is a very important year of my life. This is my last year at Pt England School, i am gonna miss that school. It is my last time in that uniform. I really enjoyed hanging out in class with my mates and the best teacher Ms Tito.

I am really gonna miss my friends but not that much. Because I live on their street and we are very close. My best friends are very kind indeed, they are very talented, sporty and other kind of different things.

I would like to say a THANKS to all those teachers who supported me in everything I tried hard in. Thanks for helping me, when i’m stuck on something thank you for everything you taught me.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Next year I am attending Tamaki College. It is gonna be awesome cause I know it is.

Reflection

Having a netbook connected to the internet helped my learning  this year. It really helped me learn my 12x21 times tables. I really enjoy using the internet because it helps people when you're stuck or if you need help.

We don’t just learn from our teacher’s, we discover it by ourself. One day I was planning to bake cupcakes with my little sister Jessica. The only thing was we didn’t know how to bake, so I decided to go on the internet to discover how to make cupcakes.

This year my friends taught me using an Ipad. They taught me this site called ‘’Bomb It’’, it is a game when you kill a robot with bomb’s.

How I helped kids this year. I helped a few, playing sports, Hyperstudio and other things.

I am good at managing myself, thinking and also participating.

Nelson Mandela

From his birth in 1918 until 1941, Nelson Mandela lived on the Rural Eastern Cape. He went to university of Fort Hare, Nelson Mandela studied first for a Bachelor of Arts at the Fort Hare University.

Nelson Mandela stood up to his country (South Africa). He told them it wasn't fear for the black people, which they all hated their life's, because it was a formal split. He change the world from being a split by specking the truth out. One of Nelson Mandela quotes - ''No one is born hating another person because of the skin, or his background or his religion. People learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite''.

Netbook Reflection

This year we have been using our netbook, for 3 years by now. I have been created by different things I have learnt on the internet. My teacher Miss Tito has been making sites for us to go and learn about maori and other different things. This year I learnt how to create new friends and communicate with them online.

3 HIGHLIGHTS AT PE

My Top 3 highlights of the year would be League, Art and hanging out with friends.

My favorite sport, mostly at Pt england would be Legue. Because I love League and plus it is a sport which sports are my favorite thing to do.

I love doing Art because it shows you lots and lots of technique and also skills.
I  really enjoy doing art with my teacher Miss Tito because she shows us lots of experience for when we grow up.

I love hanging out with my friends because they make me feel happy when I am around them.
